Two articles have been written by journalists attending my M-Power-Me Self-Hypnosis courses The first article was written by Dee Mardi, who writes a column for the Chelmsford Magazine "The Edge".  This is Dee's original piece - an edited version was published in the December 2001 edition of "The Edge". The second article was written by Mark Prottey, who writes for the Solihull Times.  This article was published on 11th April 2003.
