Emotional Freedom Therapy (EFT) is a simple and effective way for resolving problems that have an emotional cause.  Whether it is reducing your level of anxiety associated with coming for therapy, or getting to the bottom of an illness that does not seem to get better, EFT can be easily applied, taught and learned by you, so that you can use it at home.

It involves tapping on certain meridian points (mostly on the face and hands) whilst focusing on the issues that are bothering you.  Many emotions are stored in our bodies as pain or discomfort and we may not realise that our emotions are causing us such physical pain.   In some cases it only takes a minute or two to collapse painful emotions and the physical problems they cause whilst in other cases it may take several sessions to get to the bottom of a problem.

If you have a long standing problem, that does not seem to be going away, it may be that you are still holding on to some guilt, fear, anger, disappointment, or feelings of rejection, for example, which are manifesting themselves in some physical or emotional way.  Try Tapping them away with EFT - it sounds too good to be true but the results can be amazing.  

Emotional Freedom Therapy is a tool I use in association with Hypnotherapy, in some cases and with some clients, but if you wish to have treatment with EFT alone and not undergo Hypnotherapy, you can choose that option too.
